I did not set out to build a business. I set out to answer a question that would not leave me alone. What does it really mean to lead well and live well in a world that is constantly changing?

Before Hearty existed, I lived many lives. As an award-winning actress, I explored what it meant to embody truth. As a leadership consultant on global stages, I stood alongside executives as they discovered their voice. I studied Buddhist philosophy, business mastery and even shamanic practice. Not to embellish my credentials, but because I was deeply curious about the human experience and how we grow.

Time and again, I saw a pattern. Boardrooms full of talented people were grappling with emotional confusion, burnout and disconnection. Organisations were ticking all the right boxes without ever changing the culture. Leaders were performing leadership instead of living it.

So I created Hearty.

Not to fix anyone, but to guide people back to themselves.
