Hearty was founded by Helen Millar, an award-winning actress turned executive coach, international speaker, and leadership consultant. With over 20 years' experience coaching global leaders, designing programmes from corporates to the NHS, and teaching at top business schools including Oxford, Cambridge, and London Business School, Helen brings a rare blend of credibility, creativity, and depth. She has trained in Buddhist philosophy, business mastery, shamanic practice, and transformational leadership, and has founded three successful companies. Her work has been featured on the Discovery Channel and in international press, and she continues to be sought after by leaders ready for real, lasting change.
Hearty was born from a desire to do things differently.
